Roast besan in hot desi ghee
Make it little golden.when it spreads oil all around just turn off the gas.
Now in other pan make the water hot and put two tablespoons of jaggery powder to make syrup.
I will not recommend to use sugar syrup bcuz I always feel jaggery syrup is much better for chakki than sugar syrup
Boil for 10 minutes minimum
Add in roasted besan and chopped almonds
Set it on one side to a make cool flat paste
Cut ready material with knife into little pieces to make small chakkis
Yummy chakkis are ready to serve as very nice homemade sweet
