Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 bowls mint or pudina leaves


  • 1/2 bowls coriander


  • 1/2 bowls kacha aam


  • 4 nos green chilli


  • 5 nos cloves of garlic and some ginger


  • 1 nos small onion


  • 1 nos apple


  • 1/2 bowls grapes


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp kitchen king


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch red chilli powder

Directions

  • Now mix all the ingredients what we collect
  • Dont use mixer to make chutney
  • It will make it creamy but mint chutney should little grated
  • Use of hand blender is very good to make thick chutney
  • Your mouthwatering chutney is ready to serve with dinner or pakoda
