  • 1/2 kgs chilli paneer:paneer block (cut in cubes)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp white pepper


  • 1 cups batter: maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch orange color


  • 1 pinch white pepper powder


  • 1 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 cups veggies gravy: veggies (capsi, spring onion n carrots cut in thin jullienes o cubes)


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 nos onion cubes


  • 7-8 nos garlic cloves (chopped)


  • 3 nos green chillies (chopped)

  • Chilli Paneer: Mix Well N Marinate For An Hr
  • Batter: Mix Well N Mek Thick Batter, Deep Fry Dipping Each Paneer Pc In Batter Til Its Crispy.
