Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp yeast


  • 2 tbsp olive


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp dried basil,


  • 1/2 tsp oregano n chives


  • 1 nos toppings: onion (chopped)


  • 1 nos tomato (chopped)


  • 5 nos black olives (chopped)


  • 1 nos courgette (chopped)


  • 2-3 nos french beans (chopped) optional


  • 1 nos capsicum (chopped)

Directions

  • Focaccia: Mix Dry Ingredients With Oil N Butter Then Bind With Warm Water To Softer Dough N Let It Rise.
  • Grease 2-3 Trays, Punch Back The Dough And Make 2-3 Balls, Roll Each N Lay On The Tray, Finish Rolling All Press With Thumb All Over To Get Dents On The Top Of The Dough Leaving 1" Space On Between.
  • Let The Dough Rise.
  • Brush With Olive Oil Or Beaten Egg N Sprinkle Rosemary All Over The Dough Then Bake On 200°C Till Its Browned Up.
  • Topping: Sprinkle The Toppings And Just Before Serving Bake On 220°C For 5mins.
  • Serve Hot.
