Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 500 gms

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Olive 2 tbsp

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • dried Basil, 1/2 tsp

  • Oregano n Chives 1/2 tsp

  • Toppings: Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomato (chopped) 1 nos

  • Black Olives (chopped) 5 nos

  • Courgette (chopped) 1 nos

  • French Beans (Chopped) Optional 2-3 nos

  • Capsicum (Chopped) 1 nos

Directions

    Focaccia: Mix Dry Ingredients With Oil N Butter Then Bind With Warm Water To Softer Dough N Let It Rise.

    Grease 2-3 Trays, Punch Back The Dough And Make 2-3 Balls, Roll Each N Lay On The Tray, Finish Rolling All Press With Thumb All Over To Get Dents On The Top Of The Dough Leaving 1" Space On Between.

    Let The Dough Rise.

    Brush With Olive Oil Or Beaten Egg N Sprinkle Rosemary All Over The Dough Then Bake On 200°C Till Its Browned Up.

    Topping: Sprinkle The Toppings And Just Before Serving Bake On 220°C For 5mins.
