Dry roast the moong dhal and pressure cook it for 4 whistles. Cool it and mash it well
In a pan add ghee and roast the wheat flour ,till you get the roasted smell of wheat flour
Now add the cooked moong dhal and mix well with wheat flour
In this stage add sugar. The mixture will become watery now.
Add ghee and stir continuously... continue adding the ghee in 2 min intervals..
In this stage you can add food color. I skipped it bcz i did this for my kids..
Stir continuously till the alwa starts to leave the sides of the pan.
