Boiled rice 2 cups
Brown bread 2 piece
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1 cups
Milk 1 cups
Mawa 50 gms
Oil 1 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Mix 1/2cup milk in bread pieces & crumble it.
Take a mixer ,add boiled rice, crumbled bread pieces & make a soft mixture of it.
Now heat 2tspn ghee in a hot pan.Add mawa,rice mixture, cardamom powder & baking powder.Cook it for 4 to 5 mins & switch off the flame.
Make it cool for few mins.Then apply oil to your palm & make small balls from mixture.
Heat 1 cup oil with ghee.Fry the gulab jamuns in medium flame till it turns golden brown.
Boil sugar syrup & add fried jamuns in it.Boil it for 5 mins & then make it cool.
Rice gulab jamuns are ready now.
