1/4cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup 2tbs powdered sugar
3/4cup maida (All purpose flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup Choco chips
Take a bowl add butter and powdered sugar in it.
Now take a hand whisk or electric beater and start whipping.you need whip it till it comes light and airy.
You can use hand whisk also but that's takes little more time.
Now sift flour and baking powder.
After whipping the cream add flour and baking powder mixure, vanilla essence in it.add pinch of salt if you use salted butter you can avoid this.
Use spatula and mix it .you can use your hand and make a dough.
Now you can add Choco chips in it and mix gently.
Don't over mix after adding choco chips otherwise the colour of the white do change it will become brownies.
Now take a cooker add 1 cup of salt in it. Place net stand in it.
Now preheat the cooker at medium flame for 10 minutes.
Now take a tray(plate) and place 2 layer's of butter paper in it.
Now take a small portion of dough and flatten them up place them on a tray and top them up some more choco chips .
Now place this tray in a cooker and bake this cookies 12_15 minutes at flame between low.
Check after 15 minutes, if it has got puffy and brown from surface that means it’s baked appropriately. If it still uncooked then bake it for 3-4 more minutes on low flame. Check again, choco chip cookies now ready.it takes 15-20 minutes for baking cookies.
When cookies gets cool, separate it from the tray and place in some other bowl or plate.
Crunchy and tasty Choco Chip cookies are ready to serve.When it gets cool completely, store it in an airtight container.
