Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups idly batter


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 tsp chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups corainder leaves


  • 2 tsp oil


  • Oil 5 tsp

Directions

  • Pour idly batter in to mini idly
  • Pour oil in a pan to fry.
  • Once oil is heated deep fry the idly and keep it separate
  • Cut onion in to small pieces
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard leaves and allow it to splutter
  • Add the onion and fry well. Add little salt.
  • Now add the idly. Fry well. Add soya sauce chilli sauce chilli powder tomato sauce and mix well
  • Garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot.
