Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Idly batter 2 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • onion 1 nos

  • Chilli sauce 2 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Corainder leaves 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Oil 5 tsp

Directions

    Pour idly batter in to mini idly

  • 02

    Pour oil in a pan to fry.

  • 03

    Once oil is heated deep fry the idly and keep it separate

  • 04

    Cut onion in to small pieces

  • 05

    Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard leaves and allow it to splutter

  • 06

    Add the onion and fry well. Add little salt.

    Now add the idly. Fry well. Add soya sauce chilli sauce chilli powder tomato sauce and mix well

  • 08

    Garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot.
