Ingredients

Serves 4

  • soya flour 1 cups

  • Urad dal/ split skinless blackgram flour 1/2 cups

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Salt as required 1 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • seseame seeds 1 tsp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 155°C .

  • 02

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add sufficient water. Knead into a soft dough.

  • 03

    Put sufficient dough into a chakli press .

  • 04

    Place a silicon sheet onto the baking tray and make chakalis from it.

  • 05

    Place the tray in oven and bake for 20 minutes.

  • 06

    Remove from heat , cool and serve.
