Wash and boil Channa lentil in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.
Strain water in a strainer, mashed potatoes.
Now take a big bowl mix all spices and ingredients in it and made a rough dough.
Switch on gas put Kadhai on it with oil when it becomes hot then take a handful of mixture tap it little give a rough shape of Patties.
Now fry it on medium flame until it becomes shining bright red and crispy.
Take them out and keep it on kitchen towel.
