Ingredients

  • 100 gms channa lentil


  • 3 nos large boiled, peeled, mashed potatoes


  • 4 tsp cornflour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chat masalla


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chillies


  • 20 gms finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 3 tsp sauce according to taste


  • 8 tsp green corriander leaves chutney


  • 1 bowls tamarind-jaggery chutney

Directions

  • Wash and boil Channa lentil in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.
  • Strain water in a strainer, mashed potatoes.
  • Now take a big bowl mix all spices and ingredients in it and made a rough dough.
  • Switch on gas put Kadhai on it with oil when it becomes hot then take a handful of mixture tap it little give a rough shape of Patties.
  • Now fry it on medium flame until it becomes shining bright red and crispy.
  • Take them out and keep it on kitchen towel.
