Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups wholemeal flour


  • 2 tbsp oats


  • 1 tsp yeast (instant yeast)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tbsp milk powder

Directions

  • mix flour, yeast n oats wid hand, den add de rest n mix.... bind using warm water to soft dough.
  • let it fully rise den mek 5-6 balls, roll each into big roti n fold like swissroll
  • mek it oblong tube shape n kip on greased loaf tray kip de opening side dwn.
  • apply beaten egg n sprinkle oats, chaat masala, sunflower seeds, chia seeds n flax seeds.
  • let it fully rise den bake on 200°C til browned up.
  • let it stay for 10mins den remuv from tray.
  • NB: Can add Chia n Flax seeds in de dough too.
