Ingredients

  • Wholemeal flour 3 cups

  • Oats 2 tbsp

  • Yeast (Instant yeast) 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Honey 1 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Milk powder 4 tbsp

Directions

    mix flour, yeast n oats wid hand, den add de rest n mix.... bind using warm water to soft dough.

    let it fully rise den mek 5-6 balls, roll each into big roti n fold like swissroll

  • 03

    mek it oblong tube shape n kip on greased loaf tray kip de opening side dwn.

    apply beaten egg n sprinkle oats, chaat masala, sunflower seeds, chia seeds n flax seeds.

    let it fully rise den bake on 200°C til browned up.

    let it stay for 10mins den remuv from tray.

  • 07

    NB: Can add Chia n Flax seeds in de dough too.
