Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Base dough:maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups

  • yeast 1 1/2 tsp

  • oil 4 tbsp

  • nido (milk powder) 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • dried oregano 1 tsp

  • Cheese Mixture:cheese cream 1 cups

  • (grated) parmessan cheese 1 cups

  • melted butter 1 tsp

  • milk powder 2 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1/4 tsp

  • Sauce:tomatoes (chopped) 7-8 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chilli or chilli sauce 5) 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • tomato puree 3 tbsp

  • oregano n lil thyme o basil 1 tsp

  • Toppings:tomatoes (sliced) 2 nos

  • black olives (rings) 2 nos

  • mozarella n lil parmessan cheese grated 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cheese Mixture:mix ol well shud b thicker

    bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, n let rise for an hr n hlf.

    punch bek, roll (into 1/2 de size u nid for thickness) den lay on greased trays poke wid fork.

    roll out one rectagular roti of 3" n length jus enuf to fit in de circumference of de round pizza u laid on tray.

    fill in wid cheese mixture n seal it into a tube like

    place de tube on de round pizza ol way on de edge.

    can slit slightly on de tube ol way round it.

    glaze it wid beaten egg den let rise for anoder 20mins.

    den bake in oven on 190°C to pinkish brown color remuv n let it cool.

    Instructions: On pre baked base put enuf of tomato paste n smear evenly

    Put tomato slices n olives evenly

  • 12

    Sprinkle dried thyme

  • 13

    On top sprinkle cheese

  • 14

    Bake on 200°C til cheese melts
