Knead wheat flour with pumpkin puree, salt and 2 spoons oil
Cover it with a wet cloth for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes divide the dough into equal portions and make big balls.
Spread the balls as round Chapathi and cut them into rectangular shape.
Draw parallel lines on the rectangular chapathis without touching the edge of Chapathi.
Fold them twice and insert one end into the centre and pull it out
Now we will get leaf shape puri
Deep fry puris in oil
Prepare sugar syrup with sugar and water upto single thead consistency
Soak the fried puris in sugar syrup for 5 minutes
Arrange all puris in the plate and garnish them as your wish
Delicious yellow colour sweet puris are ready to serve
