  • Spaghetti (boil in salt n water then strain n keep on strainer) 500 gms

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 5 nos

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Olive oil 4 tbsp

  • Tomato puree 5 tbsp

  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

  • Harbanero o Red chilli 1 nos

  • Tomato Sauce 1 cups

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Garlic (pounded) 2 tbsp

  • Ginger (flaked) 1 piece

    Blend Tomatoes, Chilli, Chilli Powder, Salt, Tomato Puree, Tomato Sauce N Chilli Sauce In Processor With Little Water And Keep Aside.

    In A Wok Braise Onion With Olive Till Golden Brown Add Garlic N Ginger Toss It Then Add Tomato Mixture And Let It Boil Till It Thickens A Little, Sprinkle Oregano And Thyme.

    On The Other Hand Wash Spaghetti To Loosen It Keep On Strainer Then Add To The Sauce N Toss Taste Salt As After Spaghetti Is Washed Can Be Less.

    Serve Just After You Have Mixed Spaghetti.

    Can Serve With Meat Balls NB: I Add Garlic Stirfried Shredded Veggies (Capsicum, French Beans, Cabbage N Carrots) To The Sauce
