4 nos kokam (a kind of mharastrian tamarind)
2 cups coconut milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 nos garlic clove
1 nos onion
2 tbsp rice flour
1 cups coconut milk (thin)
1 nos green chilli
Directions
Blend Onion, Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Rice Flour In 1 Cup (Thin) Coconut Milk, Till It Bubbles Make Sure You Stir It At Intervals.
Add (Thick) Coconut Milk, Boil Once, Garnish With Corriander Leaves And Serve With Rice N Fish.
