Ingredients

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 2 cups

  • Ghee or (Butter/Margarine) 1 1/2 tsp

  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Sugar 4 tbsp

  • Coconut milk or Milk 1/2 cups

  • Yeast 2 tsp

Directions

    Mix Dry Ingredients Add Ghee Then Bind The Above With Coconut Milk To Soft Dough, Should Be Smooth N Soft

    Let It Rise Till Its Double The Size.

    Make 2 Balls And Knead It Then Roll Each Ball To 1/2 Cm Thickness Roti And Cut Into Desired Shapes Keep On Flour Dusted Paper On A Thhal.

    Must To Keep On Flour Dusted Or Oiled Plastics Cause Will Stick..

    Let It Rise For 10-15 Mins Then Deep Fry In Oil On Med Flame Till Brownish Color
