  • 2 cups maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1 1/2 tsp ghee or (butter/margarine)

  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 cups coconut milk or milk

  • 2 tsp yeast


  • Mix Dry Ingredients Add Ghee Then Bind The Above With Coconut Milk To Soft Dough, Should Be Smooth N Soft
  • Let It Rise Till Its Double The Size.
  • Make 2 Balls And Knead It Then Roll Each Ball To 1/2 Cm Thickness Roti And Cut Into Desired Shapes Keep On Flour Dusted Paper On A Thhal.
  • Must To Keep On Flour Dusted Or Oiled Plastics Cause Will Stick..
  • Let It Rise For 10-15 Mins Then Deep Fry In Oil On Med Flame Till Brownish Color
