1/4 cups cream
1 tbsp almond (coarse ground)
1 tbsp pistachio
4-5 tbsp sugar (to your taste, or skip n add 1/4 tsp salt)

In A Broad Pot O Pan Put Ghee N Kip On Flame Add Sooji N Almond Powder, Roast Til Pinkish/Creamish Color Or Nice Aroma Arises Add Milk Powder N Khoya N Braise Lil.
On De Oder Hand Mix Both Milk N Kip On Boil, Wen Sooji Is Roasted Kip Med Flame N Add Hot Milk, Saffron N Cardamon Mix Well N Cook While Stirring It At Intervals, Jus Before Milk Dries Add Few Nuts N N Lower De Flame, If Its Dry Can Add Milk N Kip On Simmer Til Done
