  • Leeks (Rings) 1 nos

  • Onions (Chopped) 3 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Parsley (Chopped) 1/4 cups

  • Lemon Grass (If There Is Bulb Use It Too) 4 nos

  • Fennel Powder 1 tsp

  • Cauliflower N 1 Cup Peas (Optional) 1 cups

  • Cinnamon Sticks 3 nos

  • Cloves 6-7 nos

  • Cardamon 3 nos

  • Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 5 nos

  • Potato (Peeled) 1 nos

  • Cummin Powder 1 tsp

  • Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Noodles/Pasta (Optional) 1 cups

  • Macademia 3-4 nos

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Blend 2 Onions With Macademia, Garlic, Corriander Powder, Fennel Powder With Lil Water.

    Put The Mixture, Lemon Grass, Salt N Spices In Pressure Cooker With Meat N 2-3 Glasses Of Water.

    Let It Cook Just Before Its Done Add Pasta If Using N Veggies, Cook For Some More Tyme.

    Remove From Flame, Blend The Potato With Lil Soup N Add To The Rest.

    Garnish With Chopped Spring Onions, Parsely N Fried Shallots (Like Birista)
