  • 4 cups fresh milk

  • 1 cups evaporated milk (tin)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp custard powder

  • 2-3 nos saffron

  • 1 tsp vanila essence

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk (optional, use 4-5 tbsp sugar to your taste)

  • 1 tsp butter (melted)

  • 8 nos eggs

  • 3 tbsp nestle or fresh cream


  • Keep Steamer On Boil
  • Beat Egg N Milk Together Til Fluffy Add Custard Powder N De Rest Of Ingredients N Beat Well
  • Caramalise 2 Tbsp Sugar In A Pot Add Vanilla Essence As Soon As U Remuv From Flame, Let It Cool Add De Mixture N Steam.
  • NB: If U R Using Oven Wen Caramel Done Pour Fast On Casserole N Spread Den Pour De Egg Mixture N Bake.
  • Same Way If Using Smol Moulds Do De Same.
