  • Raw Papaya (cut thin jullienes or pcs) 1/2 nos

  • Carrot (jullienes) 1 nos

  • green chillies 7-8 nos

  • Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Cummin Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Gramflour (mix in 1/4 cup water n 1tbsp Yogurt optional) 1 tbsp

  • Curry Leaves 2 sprig

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Raw Mango (Jullienes) 1 nos

Directions

    In A Pan Put Little Oil And Make Vaghaar Of Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves And Cummin Seeds, As It Splutters, Add Papaya, Turmeric Powder N Salt With 1/2 Cup Water And Cook On Low Flame, When Papaya Almost Done Add Carrots, Mango And Chillies And Cook Little More
