  • 1/2 nos raw papaya (cut thin jullienes or pcs)

  • 1 nos carrot (jullienes)

  • 7-8 nos green chillies

  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp gramflour (mix in 1/4 cup water n 1tbsp yogurt optional)

  • 2 sprig curry leaves

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 nos raw mango (jullienes)


  • In A Pan Put Little Oil And Make Vaghaar Of Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves And Cummin Seeds, As It Splutters, Add Papaya, Turmeric Powder N Salt With 1/2 Cup Water And Cook On Low Flame, When Papaya Almost Done Add Carrots, Mango And Chillies And Cook Little More
  • When Done Add Besan Mixture Keep Med Flame Stir Till Its Paste Like Remove From Flame
