First wash and soak rice with salt.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry onions and dry fruits in it.
Now add whole spices in ghee and fry ginger garlic paste. Now add all spices and vegetables.
Add curd also and cook the veggies half cooked.
Now cook rice with whole spices till 3/4 cook.
Now add saffron in luck warm milk.
Now layer the briyani in a thick bottomed pan.
First grease the pan and layer with rice.
Now vegetable layer and pour little saffron milk and ghee.
as same way put 2 more layers.
Top with fried onion and dry fruits.
Seal the edges with aata n keep the pot on a iron tawa n cook on slow gas for one hour.
