Ingredients

  • Gram flour/Besan 2 cups

  • Papdi Khar 2 pinch

  • Carrom seeds (pounded) 1/4 tsp

  • Black pepper (pounded) 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    In A Pan Roast Salt For Few Secs Remove In A Bowl Then Roast Papdi Khar

  • 02

    Blend Salt, Papdi Khar, Oil With Water.

    In A Bowl Put Besan, Ajmo And Black Pepper Mix It Well

  • 04

    Bind A Soft Dough Using Water/Oil Mixture

  • 05

    Grease Gathia Machine, Put Papdi Gathia Mould N Put Half Of The Dough

  • 06

    Deep Fry Gathia On Medium Flame Till All Done, Should Not Be Brown.

  • 07

    Serve With Sambhaaro N Fried Chillies
