  • 2 cups gram flour/besan

  • 2 pinch papdi khar

  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds (pounded)

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (pounded)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cups water

  • 2 tbsp oil


  • In A Pan Roast Salt For Few Secs Remove In A Bowl Then Roast Papdi Khar
  • Blend Salt, Papdi Khar, Oil With Water.
  • In A Bowl Put Besan, Ajmo And Black Pepper Mix It Well
  • Bind A Soft Dough Using Water/Oil Mixture
  • Grease Gathia Machine, Put Papdi Gathia Mould N Put Half Of The Dough
  • Deep Fry Gathia On Medium Flame Till All Done, Should Not Be Brown.
  • Serve With Sambhaaro N Fried Chillies
