  • Raw Papaya (cut in small cubes) 1 nos

  • Sugar 250 gms

  • 5 diff Food Colors (Red, Green, Yellow, Blue n Orange) 2 drop

  • Citric powder or Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Fruit Essence 1 tsp

    Keep Papaya Cubes On Boil With 1 N Hlf Tea Mugs Of Water In Pressure Cooker Just 2 Whistles Then Remove Lid And Add Sugar And Citric Acid, Boil Till Water Thickens A Little

    Remove From Flame And Let It Cool A Bit

    Keep 5 Bowls Ready With Each Of Different Gel Color.

    Equally Pour Papaya Cubes With Its Water In Each Bowl N Mix Well.

    Let It Rest For Few Hrs In Sugar Mixture N Color, Then Strain One By One Keeping On Thaali, But Keep Separately Do Not Mix Them Then Sun Dry Or Keep In Shed
