  • 1 tsp you will need: dabeli masala

  • 1 tsp tamarind sauce

  • 2 tbsp hot chutney

  • 2 nos onions (chopped)

  • 6-7 nos buns buns/paav:

  • 3 cups maida (all purpose flour)

  • 2 tsp yeast

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 cups pomegranate seeds

  • 1/2 cups masala peanuts: skinless peanuts

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch besan

  • 2 cups nylon sev: gramflour/besan

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp little turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp little baking powder

  • 1 tsp oil


  • You Will Need: Dabeli Masala: Can Get Ready Or Make It, Roast 1 Tsp Cummin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Corriander Seeds, 2 Cinnamon Sticks, 1 Red Chilli N 7 Cloves Den Grind To Powder
  • Tamarind Sauce: Boil 4-5 Tamarind With 5 Dates And 1 Tbsp Sugar N Pinch Of Salt Can Add Chilli Powder, Cummin Powder N Dash Of Asafoetida With Little Water Then Strain, Make A Thick Sauce
  • Hot Chutney: 15-16 Dried Red Chillies (Soak In Hot Water, When Water Goes Cold Remove Them), 5 Cloves Of Garlic, Lemon Juice N Salt, Grind To A Paste
  • 2 Onions (Chopped) 5) 6-7 Buns Buns/Paav: Mix Dry Ingredients Well Add Oil N Butter N Mix Then Bind To A Soft Dough With Warm Water, Knead Well Then Let It Rise.
  • Punch Back Then Roll Into A Tube Like Loli Of 1 N Hlf” Of Diameter
  • Place On Working Table Cut 1 N Hlf” Pcs And Lay Each Pc On Greased Tray Keeping Space In Between Of 1” And Let It Fully Rise.
  • Glaze With Beaten Egg Or Milk And Bake In Oven On 200°C Till Nicely Browned Up On Top
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Masala Peanuts Mix Wid Water Then Bake In Oven Till Crisped Up
  • Mash Potato Filling: Boil N Mash 6 Potatoes, Take A Pan Braise Lil Cummin Seeds In 4-5 Tbsp Of Oil, Add Onions, Dabeli Masala Then Add Potatoes N Little Tamarind Sauce With Little Water
  • Mix Well Do Not Let It Dry It Up, Remove In A Flat Bowl Add Chopped Corriander Leaves.
  • NB: Taste The Filling Should Be Hot, Sweet And Sour
  • Nylon Sev: Mix With Wate To A Sticky Dough, Put In Sev Machine N Deep Fry
  • How To Prepare: Slice Each Bun, Apply Butter On Top Of The Bun And Grill It
  • Apply Hot Chutney On Inner Side Of Each Slice
  • Apply Tamarind Sauce On De Other Slice.
  • Scoop Mash Potato Mixture N Put On Lower Slice Sprinkle Onion, Pomegranate Seeds, Nylon Sev N Peanuts Cover With The Top Slice
