Ingredients
Serves 4
slices bread 2 sprig
For toppings: oil 1 tsp
boiled pasta 1/4 cups
sliced onion 2 tbsp
sliced capsicum 2 tbsp
sliced and par boiled carrot 2 tbsp
long chopped french beans - par boiled Salt to taste 2 tbsp
tomato pure 2 tbsp
tomato pure 1 tbsp
corn flour 1 tsp
chilly flacks 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tbsp
oregano Grated cheese as needed To serve with: Tomato ketch up 1 tsp
Directions
For toppings:Heat oil in a pan and add all vegetables to it, saute for 2 minutes and then add tomato pure to it.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.Now add boiled pasta and dry seasoning to it. Mix well.
At last add corn flour. and cook for 2 minutes.
How to assemble:Grill or toast till crisp and then spread pasta over it.
Cover with grated cheese and then sprinkle some of chilly flacks and oregano on it.
Bake for 2 minutes at 200`preheated oven or till cheese melts.
Serve hot and delicious Pasta toast with tomato ketch up.
