All purpose flour 2 cups
Schezwan sauce 6 tsp
Nigella seed 1 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 cups
Beetroot paste 1 cups
Make a dough of flour, 1tspn semolina, beetroot paste, nigella seeds, 3tspn schezwan sauce, ghee ,salt & required water.
Another dough make with flour,salt, 3tspn schezwan sauce, ghee,nigella seeds & required water.
Now make thin chapati from both the dough & place those chapatis one after another. Brush ghee & sprinkle flour on every layer of those chapatis to show proper layer of the namkeen.
In this way place 4 chapatis & then roll it
After rolling it cut it into small pieces & flatten it with the help of your hand.
Heat enough oil & deep fry it in low flame.Fry it in low flame only otherwise it will not be so crispy. very tasty snacks is ready now.
