Ingredients

Serves 6

  • ghee 1 cups

  • powder sugar 1 cups

  • flour 2 cups

  • cardmon powder 2 tsp

  • rose essence 1/2 tsp

  • pista essence 1/2 tsp

  • Pink,green and yellow food colour 1 drop

  • saffron strands 5 nos

  • pista and almond flakes for garnish 1 tsp

Directions

    Thake ghee and sugar and whisk them

  • 02

    Sieve fliur and mix in ghee

  • 03

    Add cardmon powder and mix all of them

  • 04

    Bring together

    Now devide it in three parts

    Take pink colour and rose essence in one part

  • 07

    Take green colour and pista essence in second part

  • 08

    Soak saffron in warm water

  • 09

    And mix it and yellow colour in third part

    Now make equal size balls of all three colours

  • 11

    Roll in palm and press a little

  • 12

    On rose cookies add pista in center

  • 13

    On pista add almonds in center

  • 14

    And add pista on saffron cookies

    Bake them for 15 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan

  • 16

    Let them cool and transfer in container or serve in any party or festival
