Add gram flour and all the spices ÷salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder,chaat masala,kitchen king,hing and Maggie masala,turmeric
Add all the spices and gram flour mixture into curd and mix well
Now take two tablespoons sunflower oil in big pan and make it very hot.when it becomes lighter from dark put jeera,rai methi dana,sukha dhaniya Dana and sabut red chilli,roast all of them
Now put onion garlic and ginger green chilli.make little brown the material.
Now add curd mixture and shake slowly at low flame till it start boiling
Boil the kadhi for at least 40 minutes
FOR PAKODA÷1 cup gram flour add pinch of salt and red chilli powder and black pepper powder and long cut thin onion.fry in other pan to make pakoda
