  • Carrot 1kg.

  • Sugar 700gm.

  • Pure ghee 3/4cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1sp


  • Firstly peel n wash all carrots and grate it.
  • Now take a kadhai on flame heat 1/2cup ghee add grated carrot and saute 2-5min on medium high flame.
  • Now add sugar and cover the pan with lid about 4-5min then sugar dissolve completely open the lid.
  • Now continuously stir and cook medium high flame add cardamom powder .
  • Now mixture get start thicken stir continuously when mixture get thickens sugar start to side cristilize switch off the flame .
