  • Carrot 1kg.

  • Sugar 700gm.

  • Pure ghee 3/4cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1sp

    Firstly peel n wash all carrots and grate it.

    Now take a kadhai on flame heat 1/2cup ghee add grated carrot and saute 2-5min on medium high flame.

    Now add sugar and cover the pan with lid about 4-5min then sugar dissolve completely open the lid.

    Now continuously stir and cook medium high flame add cardamom powder .

  • 05

    Now mixture get start thicken stir continuously when mixture get thickens sugar start to side cristilize switch off the flame .
