Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Grated carrot 1kg

  • Powder milk 1cup

  • Milk 5tsp

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Cardamom powder 1tsp

  • Whole cashews 10 pcs

  • chop nuts 2tsp

  • Pure ghee 2tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take a wok add ghee and carrot cook for high flame.

  • 02

    After 10 minutes add nuts,milk,condensed milk,cardamom mix and cook .

  • 03

    Then add powder milk and cook.

  • 04

    Then mixture seprately in wok then gas off.

  • 05

    Take a greased tray pour mixture flat in spatula.

  • 06

    Cut in pcs snd whole cashew garnish and press.

  • 07

    Carrot burfi is ready.
