I cup Boiled left rice or pulav,one small onion,green chilli,one slice Indian paneer,1 small cup gram flour,bread crumbs
Directions
Chop the onion and green chilli into very small pieces
Add chopped onion and chilli into rice and paneer
Add pinch of salt,kitchen king,chaat masala and black pepper powder and red chilli powder
Mix well all of the them.rice,onion,green chilli and spices and grated paneer
Now on other side make a thick liquid mixture of gram flour add pinch of salt and black pepper powder and red chilli powder
Make big balls of paneer mixture
Put in gram flour to marinate
Make very hot oil in other pan and deep fry the balls make them golden
