Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cups for gunjia :all purpose flour


  • 1/4 cups suji


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1 cups for stuffing: boiled rajma


  • 1/4 cups chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 cups chopped cabbage


  • 1/4 cups grated cheese


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp origano


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp pizza masala


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take maida, suji, salt, baking powder.
  • Add and mix oil.
  • Knead tight dough using water.
  • Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile we prepare stuffing.
  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Add chopped veggies.
  • When veggies get cook then add boiled rajma.
  • Add all spices.
  • Add rajma and mix well.
  • Mess rajma by spoon.
  • Add tomato sauce and cheese and mix well
  • Now cool this at room temperature .
  • Make equal 4 balls from dough.
  • Roll like puri.
  • Now spread this puri over gunjia mould .
  • Apply water over edges.
  • Fill 1 tea spoon stuffing and close the mould.
  • Remove extra dough from mould.
  • In the same way make all.
  • Preheat microwave at 180 degree.
  • Keep piece on Greased and dusted tray.
  • Bake at 180 degree for 15-20 minutes depending upon the size .
  • Enjoy with tomato sauce or chilli sauce.
