Take battar add salt and ginger
Make cabbage ppaste in mixi and add in battar
Add baking soda
Finalky add eno and mix
Grease a dhokla tray pour battar in it
Cook in steamer for 15-20 min.
Till then make tadka with given ingredients
Temper dhokla cut in desired shape
Garnish with seasme seeds and coriander leaves
Serve with chutney and conquer hearts of guests
