Take flour in a bowl
Add baking soda and ghee
Rub ghee in flour and make crumbly
Add yogurt and make dough
Keep this 50 min.covered
Then make equal size balls from dough
And press with thumb in center and make mark
Heat ghee and fry all of them in lower to medium flame
And cool them to room temorature
Add sugar and water in pan and make two string chashni
When two strings chashni is ready turn off gas
Add saffron strands and cardmon powder
Add all balushahi in it and keep them soaked in for 1 an hour
Garnish with pista and rose petals
Serve to your guests in any party or festival
