Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1.5 cup flour


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 2 2 tbsp ghee


  • 6 tbsp curd


  • 2 cup sugar


  • 200 ml.water


  • 1 tsp cardmon powder


  • 10 Saffron strands


  • 2 tbsp pista and rose petals for garnish

Directions

  • Take flour in a bowl
  • Add baking soda and ghee
  • Rub ghee in flour and make crumbly
  • Add yogurt and make dough
  • Keep this 50 min.covered
  • Then make equal size balls from dough
  • And press with thumb in center and make mark
  • Heat ghee and fry all of them in lower to medium flame
  • And cool them to room temorature
  • Add sugar and water in pan and make two string chashni
  • When two strings chashni is ready turn off gas
  • Add saffron strands and cardmon powder
  • Add all balushahi in it and keep them soaked in for 1 an hour
  • Garnish with pista and rose petals
  • Serve to your guests in any party or festival
