Ingredients

Serves 15

  • Tukra kaju 250g

  • Saffron color 1/2tsp

  • Condensed milk 1/2cup

  • Milk powder 1cup

  • pure ghee 2tsp

Directions

    Take a kaju soake at water in 5 hours.

  • 02

    After 5 hours then grind and make a smooth and nicely paste.

  • 03

    Take a pan add ghee and all ingredients mix and cook.

  • 04

    After 10 minutes then check mixture is separately in a pan then remove the pan ingas.

  • 05

    Take a greased tray pour mixture flat in spatula.

  • 06

    After room temperature then cut inpcs.

  • 07

    Kesariya kaju burfi is ready.
