Ingredients

  • Kaju tukra 250g

  • Milk 1/2cup

  • Condensed milk 5tsp

  • Grated mawa 2cups

  • saffron color1/2tsp

  • pure ghee 2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take a kaju soaked in water for 5 hours.

  • 02

    After 5 hours take a grinder jar add kaju and make a smooth paste.

  • 03

    Take a pan add 2tsp pure ghee then add kaju paste saute for 5 minutes.

  • 04

    After 5 minutes add condensed milk,milk,saffron color and mawa saute for 5 minutes.

  • 05

    After 5 minutes then check mixture sepretaly in a wok then pan remove in gas.

  • 06

    Then mixture cool make a balls.
