take a nonstick pan put besan in it and dry roast on low flame until aroma starts
now take this besan in a plate you can use without roasting also but this step make nice texture
now put sugar and water in a saucepan and make 1 string syrup
now make oil and butter little hot
mix milk powder and besan together
now put half oil and ghee in besan and milk powder and mix very well
this step will help you when you will mix this in sugar syrup lumps will not come
now add this mixture slowly slowly in sugar syrup on low flame and mix very well
now add remaining ghee oil mix also in it in two or three slots
continue mix until the mixture start living pan
now grease a plate and turn the mixture on it
let it cool down on room temperature
then cut in slices and enjoy
use nonstick pan for cooking so it will very easy to cook
if you want to add colour then put while mixing besan and milk powder
