Ingredients

For green chutney:Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups
Mint Leaves,few 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 3-4 nos
green chillies 4 nos
Ginger,small 1 piece
Salt to taste 1 tsp
For tikka:Paneer 250 gms
pani puri masala 1 tbsp
hung curd 1/2 cups
Onion, tomato and capsicum cut in cubes 1 cups
cream 1 tbsp
roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Directions
First make a green chutney by grinding all ingredients.
Now mix 4 tbsp chutney with hung curd , cream, Pani Puri masala and gram flour.
Now marinated paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum in mixture for 45 minutes.
Now place one onion,tomato, paneer and capsicum in tooth pick.
Heat a tawa n roast it.
Serve with curd mint Chutney
