1/2 cups for green chutney:coriander leaves
1 tbsp mint leaves,few
3-4 nos garlic cloves
4 nos green chillies
1 piece ginger,small
1 tsp salt to taste
250 gms for tikka:paneer
1 tbsp pani puri masala
1/2 cups hung curd
1 cups onion, tomato and capsicum cut in cubes
1 tbsp cream
2 tbsp roasted gram flour
1 tbsp ghee
Directions
First make a green chutney by grinding all ingredients.
Now mix 4 tbsp chutney with hung curd , cream, Pani Puri masala and gram flour.
Now marinated paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum in mixture for 45 minutes.
Now place one onion,tomato, paneer and capsicum in tooth pick.
Heat a tawa n roast it.
Serve with curd mint Chutney
