Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 cups for green chutney:coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp mint leaves,few


  • 3-4 nos garlic cloves


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 1 piece ginger,small


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 250 gms for tikka:paneer


  • 1 tbsp pani puri masala


  • 1/2 cups hung curd


  • 1 cups onion, tomato and capsicum cut in cubes


  • 1 tbsp cream


  • 2 tbsp roasted gram flour


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • First make a green chutney by grinding all ingredients.
  • Now mix 4 tbsp chutney with hung curd , cream, Pani Puri masala and gram flour.
  • Now marinated paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum in mixture for 45 minutes.
  • Now place one onion,tomato, paneer and capsicum in tooth pick.
  • Heat a tawa n roast it.
  • Serve with curd mint Chutney
