Ingredients

  • For green chutney:Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups

  • Mint Leaves,few 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Cloves 3-4 nos

  • green chillies 4 nos

  • Ginger,small 1 piece

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • For tikka:Paneer 250 gms

  • pani puri masala 1 tbsp

  • hung curd 1/2 cups

  • Onion, tomato and capsicum cut in cubes 1 cups

  • cream 1 tbsp

  • roasted gram flour 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

Directions

    First make a green chutney by grinding all ingredients.

    Now mix 4 tbsp chutney with hung curd , cream, Pani Puri masala and gram flour.

    Now marinated paneer, onion, tomato and capsicum in mixture for 45 minutes.

    Now place one onion,tomato, paneer and capsicum in tooth pick.

  • 05

    Heat a tawa n roast it.

  • 06

    Serve with curd mint Chutney
