Ingredients

200 gms lotus stem
1 nos onion
2 nos tomato
1 nos potato
1/2 cups green peas
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp paneer masala
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee
Directions
First grind onion.
Now heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin seeds.
Now fry onion paste.
Now add grind tomato and all spices.
Fry it till oil seperates.
Now add Lotus stem, potato, peas and water.
Close the lid n whistle 3-4.
Now cook on slow flame.
