Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms lotus stem


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1 nos potato


  • 1/2 cups green peas


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • First grind onion.
  • Now heat ghee in a cooker and add cumin seeds.
  • Now fry onion paste.
  • Now add grind tomato and all spices.
  • Fry it till oil seperates.
  • Now add Lotus stem, potato, peas and water.
  • Close the lid n whistle 3-4.
  • Now cook on slow flame.
