Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup dates


  • 2 tbs poppy seeds


  • 2 tbs ghee


  • 2 tbs dry fruits


  • 1 tbs desiccated coconut


  • 1 tsp milk


  • 2 drop Vanila essence


  • 2 drop yellow colour


  • 2 drop kesar essence

Directions

  • Firstly deseeds dates nd put in a mixcer jaar nd make a fine paste
  • Now take a pan add ghee nd Dryfruits roast it well nd take out in a plate. Now in the same pan add Poppy seeds rost it now add dates mixture sauthe it for 2 minutes. Now add dry fruit mix well
  • Now when the mixture become little bit cool down give a Diya shape
  • Now taks a bowl add desiccated coconut , vanilla essens, nd milk mix well stuffing is readt fill it in Diya's.
  • Now take another bowl put desiccated coconut, kesar essence, yellow colour mix well give a Bati shape. Nd arrange on diya
  • Now put pistachios on middle of Diya's for garnish. Now Dry fruit Diya Bati is ready to serve nd eat .
