Ingredients

Serves 5

  • wheat flour 2 cups

  • powdered sugar 1/2 cups

  • cooking oil or ghee 1/2 cups

Directions

    Take wheat flour, sugar, oil.

    Mix all very well.

    Now knead dough using water.

  • 04

    It should not be too tight.

    Keep dough for rest for 10 minutes.

    Now make small balls and give shape of diya and baati.

    Now bake these in preheated microwave for 20 minutes at 180 degree.

    Cool at room temperature.

  • 09

    Healthy and crispy diwada are ready.
