Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/2 cups cooking oil or ghee

Directions

  • Take wheat flour, sugar, oil.
  • Mix all very well.
  • Now knead dough using water.
  • It should not be too tight.
  • Keep dough for rest for 10 minutes.
  • Now make small balls and give shape of diya and baati.
  • Now bake these in preheated microwave for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
  • Cool at room temperature.
  • Healthy and crispy diwada are ready.
