Take a paneer and mashed your palm then paneer is smooth keep a side.
Take a nonstick pan add ghee,then ghee hot add condensed milk mix cook for slow heat make a bubble .
Then add mashed paneer and saffron milk cook for slow heat.
Then batter separately in pan then add cardamom powder mix and remove flame.
Take a greased tray pour batter spread in wooden spatula and garnish pista.
Then cool cut in any shape.
