  • Grated homemade paneer 250 gram

  • condensed milk 5tsp

  • soaked saffron 2tsp milk

  • pure ghee 2tsp

  • chop pista 1tsp

  • cardamom powder 1/4tsp


  • Take a paneer and mashed your palm then paneer is smooth keep a side.
  • Take a nonstick pan add ghee,then ghee hot add condensed milk mix cook for slow heat make a bubble .
  • Then add mashed paneer and saffron milk cook for slow heat.
  • Then batter separately in pan then add cardamom powder mix and remove flame.
  • Take a greased tray pour batter spread in wooden spatula and garnish pista.
  • Then cool cut in any shape.
