Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos small onion


  • 10 nos cashew


  • 3 nos tomato


  • 3 nos cloves


  • 4 nos black pepper


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tsp corriender powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp corriender leaves


  • 1/2 cups fresh malai

Directions

  • first heat ghee in a pan and add whole spices.
  • now peel and make cross on top.
  • Now fry onion till golden.
  • now add tomato paste, ginger garlic and all spices.
  • fry till oil seprates.
  • now add malai and cashew mix and cook on low flame 2-3 minutes.
  • now switch off the gas and mix corriender leaves.
