Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos raw banana


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asfotedia


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp sauf powder


  • 1 tsp subji masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • First chop tomato.
  • Now heat ghee in a cooker and put asfotedia and cumin seeds.
  • Now add tomato and fry 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add all spices and fry it.
  • Peel n chop banana.
  • Now add 1/2 c water and banana pieces.
  • And give whistle one and then cook on slow gas for 4-5 mins.
  • Finally add curd after swtich off the gas.
